Join the Dreadlock Yogi every Monday for an hour long yoga session with Mindful Minutes of Meditation. Flow to a curated playlist of R&B, Jazz, and Binaural Beats designed to release tension and expand your muscles. Roll out your mat as we practice yoga together both physically and midfully.
